Text written in cursive reads: Margaret Pierce Borst example: at 93 years of age and maybe 5 feet (155cm) tall Margaret began to insist on hugs at the beginning, middle, and end of every family gathering. Her stoic farming sons and hardened daughters asked when did they ever become a family that hugged. She replied that she wasn’t certain she raised them right in regards to hugs and they became a family that hugged right now. Because she said so.
